    Rude employees and horrible customer service, there was an issue with a parcel being delivered and no one was interested is trying to help. Customer services was practically non existent. Maybe they should hire some English speaking workers.

    Horrible customer service. Staff don't want to assist their customers and they are very rude.

    Rude employees. One very old lady was trying to make a deposit to her bill. They were soo uncooperative and rude to her. It was a sorry scene. If there were options I wouldn't go anywhere near this place.

    Great customer service indeed. Always fast and efficient. Never had a problem. If you put your prejudice aside and treat people as you expect to be treated, you won't have a problem either.
